How each class's median secondhand $/dwt decays with vessel age, rebased to its own youngest band so the classes compare on one scale.
Read down each line: the youngest band (0-4 yrs) is 100%, and every older band is its median $/dwt as a share of that, over the last 24 months. A class whose youngest band rests on too few sales to anchor the curve is left off.
