For every (segment × age bucket) pocket, we take the median $/DWT of clean sales in the last 90 days as the current, the median over the last 3 years as the baseline, and score the current's percentile within the pocket's own 3-yr distribution as the regime.
Frothy ≥85 · Warm 60-85 · Neutral 30-60 · Cold <30. The prescriptive one-liner reads regime + 30-day slope to name the action, not just the state.
