On 22 May 2022, the bulk carrier "PUNA " reported having lost control of its propeller pitch while transiting the St. Lawrence River off Cap-Chat, QC. The vessel regained control shortly after by using the local control mode. The crew carried out repairs, and the vessel resumed its voyage.
On 23 July 2020, the bulk carrier "PUNA" reported a close quarters situation with a pleasure craft off Île Blanche, QC.
On 24 October 2018, the bulk carrier "THREE RIVERS" sustained a main engine failure near buoy K127, 3.50 nautical miles SSW of Saint-François-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, QC. The anchor was lowered so that the crew could assess the problem.
On 23 October 2018, several vessels reported the bulk carrier "GEMINI" in a dangerous position at the anchorage site of Pointe-aux-Trembles, QC. The vessel was later moved and anchored again at a safer position.
On 24 April 2013, while transiting in the St. Lawrence Seaway the "THREE RIVERS" sustained a steering gear failure and had to anchor below Iroquois Lock, Ontario. No damage, injuries, or pollution reported.
