On 17 November 2010, the ro-pax ferry "LADY WHITE HEAD" with 9 POB reported a small fire on the forward engine. Fire was quickly extinguished and vessel proceeded onto Ingall's Head, N.B.
While entering harbour, the ferry collided with a fishing vessel that was towing a second fishing vessel.
In the process of backing out between two wharves, contact was made with the vessel "Lady White Head".
