On 27 September 2023, the passenger vessel "CELEBRITY SUMMIT", while preparing for departure with 2 pilots on board, reported having sustained an explosion of an auxiliary boiler, which caused a fire in a garbage compartment, in Québec, QC. The crew extinguished the fire and assessed damages before the vessel resumed its voyage.
On 2 October 2011, the "CELEBRITY SUMMIT" struck the dock while berthing in section 93 Québec, Québec. Neither injuries nor pollution reported. There was very minor damage to the vessel and dock.
