Meaning

Definition

A specialised tanker designed to transport liquefied petroleum gas, primarily propane and butane, either under pressure, refrigerated, or a combination of both. LPG carriers range from small coastal vessels to very large gas carriers (VLGCs) exceeding 80,000 cubic metres.
