After a stop in Port Weller, ON to assess damages, authorities cleared the vessel to proceed to Hamilton, ON for repairs.
On 22 April 2023, the bulk carrier "SPRUCEGLEN" reported colliding with the moored barge "SCOW GL6" while berthing in the Welland Canal. The vessels were repaired on site and were cleared to continue their respective voyages.
