One vessel, every compliance signal in one place: sanctions exposure path, composite risk, dark-fleet behaviour, flag history and safety record.
Screened against official OFAC, EU, UN and UK designations. Composite risk is moderate.
Composite Risk
Some elevated factors (typically age or a lower-graded flag), but no acute ship-specific flag.
Sanctions exposure screens the hull and its ownership chain against official OFAC, EU, UN and UK designations, then propagates a sanctioned owner or parent down to the vessels it controls. The composite risk read blends age, flag register, port-state detentions, dark-fleet behaviour and sanctions exposure, weighted by how much evidence is present. Every signal shows its own evidence. This is decision support for a compliance review, not a legal determination.
Screen the whole fleet on the risk boardA coverage-weighted blend of the 2 components we could read for this hull; the weights renormalise over only the components present, so a thin read is never inflated and a hull is never credited a “safe 0” for a signal it has no row for. This headline is flagged low-confidence (a thin or structural-only read) and should not be treated as a verdict. Higher means riskier. Derived in-house from government-open port-State-control, flag, sanctions and our own vessel data; weight it by the coverage above.
Compliance
On 10 July 2026, the bulk carrier "PERELIK", while under the conduct of a pilot, reported a total failure of its main engine exhaust system in the St. Lawrence River off Longueuil, QC. The vessel was anchored for repairs.
On 24 June 2025, the bulk carrier "PERELIK" reported a close quarters situation with an unidentified disabled pleasure craft in the St. Lawrence River off Salaberry of Valleyfield, QC. The cargo vessel took evasive action to prevent collision. The pleasure craft's occupants jumped into the water and were rescued by another unidentified pleasure craft, who took the disabled vessel in tow.
On 19 October 2024, the bulk carrier "PERELIK" reported a total engine failure causing a loss of propulsion while approaching the lock in Iroquois, ON. The main engine responded normally after a 2-minute delay and the manoeuvre was completed. The vessel anchored after exiting the lock, and the crew searched for the possible cause of the issue.
On 29 July 2024, the bulk carrier "PERELIK", while under the conduct of a pilot, reported having struck the lock wall at Saint-Lambert, QC. The vessel was secured in the lock and the crew assessed the damage.
