  On 12 April 2014, the MV "ATLANTIC DIANA" reported that both its lifeboat and rescue vessel were disabled, adrift and aground on Penelakut Island, BC. Both the lifeboat and rescue vessel were towed back to the "ATLANTIC DIANA" by the "STEVESTSON LIFEBOAT".
