On 18 June 2024, the tanker "RF MARINA", while under the conduct of a pilot, reported having sustained a total engine failure while anchored in the Saguenay River off Port-Alfred, QC. The vessel remained anchored for repairs.
On 24 May 2018, the product/chemical tanker "ADFINES SKY" sustained a propulsion failure off Buoy S13 on Lake St-Pierre, QC. The crew restored the propulsion and the vessel proceeded on its own power to the Pointe-des-Ormes, QC anchorage. Repairs were carried out and the vessel later resumed its voyage.
